COTE PROJECT  

Cote Village Photo Davis Square Architec

The Cote Village Apartments and Townhomes will consist of 76 units of income restricted mixed-income housing, with commercial and community space. The project was developed in collaboration by the Planning Office for Urban Affairs, and the Caribbean Integration Community Development. This new affordable and workforce housing development will include:

 

  • 12 units for residents with incomes below 30% of the area median income (AMI). Earning less than $27,900* for a household of three. Of these 12 units, 8 units will be set aside for formerly homeless individuals and families. 

 

  • 2 units for residents with incomes below 50% of the area median income (AMI). Earning less than $46,550* for a household of three. 

  • 42 units for residents with incomes below 60% of the area median income (AMI). Earning less than $55,860* for a household of three. 

  • 12 units for residents with incomes below 80% of the area median income (AMI). Earning less than $74,450* for a household of three. 

  • 8 units for residents with incomes below 100% of the area median income (AMI). Earning less than $93,050* for a household of three. 

*Income limits are as of December 17, 2019 based on HUD income limits.

The Cote Ford Dealership property has been vacant for over 30 years, and the City of Boston and State of Massachusetts have been committed to working on the redevelopment of the site. This is an ideal location for a transit-oriented development because it is adjacent to the Blue Hill Avenue station on the Fairmount Line.
