March 12 Construction Update

With demolition completing this week, excavation for footings on the Cummins Highway building has begun. The construction team is working on demolishing the second floor structures. The general contractor anticipates completing abatement and demolition on Regis Road by late March.


Work anticipated, but not limited to, for the weeks of March 12nd – March 25th are as follows:

  • Demolition on 2nd floor of Cummins Highway building to complete

  • Removal of asphalt from 1st floor of Cummins Highway building to complete

  • Demolition of Regis Road Building to complete

  • Demolition of concrete slab and footings of Regis Road building

  • Demolition of concrete slab/excavation of trench for Cummins Highway building plumbing

  • Demolition of slab and excavation of trench for footings and elevator pit

  • Excavation for stairs

  • Start of work on concrete footings
