March 5 Construction Update

With abatement on the Cummins Highway building complete, the construction team is working on demolishing the second floor structures. The general contractor anticipates completing abatement and demolition on Regis Road by late March.


Work anticipated, but not limited to, for the weeks of March 2nd – March 13th are as follows:

  • Additional demolition work of Cummins Highway along railroad tracks

  • Onsite monitoring by environmental consultants

  • Remove asphalt from deck of Cummins Highway building

  • Demolition of warehouse along Regis Road (permit received March 3)

  • Demolish concrete slab along Regis Road and excavate for footings

  • Mark out for underground plumbing and footings for Cote Village apartment building (Cummins Highway building)

  • Saw cut concrete for footings for Cote Village apartment building
