June 18 Construction Updates

Work anticipated, but not limited to, for the weeks of June 22, 2020 to July 4, 2020 are as follows:


Building A (820 Cummins Highway)

  • Backfill and prep footings

  • Form footings for elevator and columns

  • Form curb walls upper deck

  • Stripping footings

  • Work on elevator pit, curb wall on top deck, and stairwell #3 and #4

Building B (30-32 Regis Road)

  • Pour foundation walls

  • Strip foundation walls

  • Insulate foundation wall

  • Underground plumbing

  • Start waterlines in the back of the building

Building C (34 Regis Road)

  • Form and pour foundation walls

  • Backfill and prep underground

  • Insulate foundation wall

  • Underground plumbing

  • Start waterlines in the back of the building

Building D (38 Regis Road)

  • Form and pour foundation walls

  • Backfill and prep underground

  • Insulate foundation wall

  • Underground plumbing

  • Start waterlines in the back of the building

Building E (42 Regis Road)

  • Backfill and prep underground

  • Underground plumbing

  • Start waterlines in the back of the building

  • Work on underslab vapor barrier
