June 11 Construction Updates

Construction continues at Cote Village, as the general contractor works on preparing footings on all buildings and to pour foundations.


Work anticipated, but not limited to, for the weeks of June 15nd – June 26th are as follows:

Building A (820 Cummins Highway)

  • Backfill and prep footings

  • Form footings for elevator and columns

  • Form curb walls upper deck

Building B (30-32 Regis Road)

  • Pour foundation walls

  • Strip foundation walls

  • Insulate foundation wall

  • Underground plumbing

  • Start waterlines in the back of the building

Building C (34 Regis Road)

  • Form and pour foundation walls

  • Backfill and prep underground

  • Insulate foundation wall

  • Underground plumbing

  • Start waterlines in the back of the building

Building D (38 Regis Road)

  • Form and pour foundation walls

  • Backfill and prep underground

  • Insulate foundation wall

  • Underground plumbing

  • Start waterlines in the back of the building

Building E (42 Regis Road)

  • Backfill and prep underground

  • Underground plumbing

  • Start waterlines in the back of the building
