July 16 Construction Updates



Work anticipated, but not limited to, for the weeks of July 20, 2020 to August 1, 2020 are as follows:


Building A (820 Cummins Highway)

  • Form footings for elevator and columns

  • Form curb walls upper deck

  • Work on elevator pit, curb wall on top deck, and stairwell #3 and #4

  • Prepping for underpinning

  • Build groundwater recharge system

  • Backfill five footings and clean garage area

  • Delead garage areq

Building B (30-32 Regis Road)

  • Install rebar, pour slabs and saw cut

  • Install drainage board and gas barrier

  • Work on utilities line

Building C (34 Regis Road)

  • Install rebar, pour slabs and saw cut

  • install drainage line

  • Install drainage board and gas barrier

  • Work on utilities lines

Building D (38 Regis Road)

  • Install drainage line

  • Frame building

  • Work on utilities lines

Building E (42 Regis Road)

  • Frame building

  • Work on utilities lines
